Youth Programs

Join us for 6 creative playdates designed for 3 to 6-year-olds! Each session will include story time, crafts, a snack and play time all based on a fun preschool theme. Mini Munchkins is designed to spark creativity and promote socialization. Dress to get messy. A parent/adult will need to stay with the child and enjoy the fun!

6. You Shamrock My World  ~  Wednesday, March 11
When: Each session will be held from 5:30pm – 6:30pm
Where: Grain Valley Community Center 
Fee: $10.00 Per Child/Per Session

Every Monday, Starting 9/22/25. 

*Tot Time is not held when Grain Valley Schools are not in session (either due to scheduled days off or inclement weather)

Kids ages 0- PreK can explore and discover in our large indoor gym and come together to build & develop friendships! We have interactive, inflatable bouncers to play on! 

Parents can make new friends and mingle while the kids play! 

The cost is $3 per child, children 1 and under & adults are FREE!

YOU MUST CALL TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT FOR TOT TIME EACH MONDAY.

PLEASE CALL THE COMMUNITY CENTER AT 816-847-6230 BY 10:00AM EACH MONDAY TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT. 

WE MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 8 PARTICIPANT RESERVATIONS BY 10:00AM IN ORDER TO PROCEED WITH THE PROGRAM FOR THAT DAY. 

AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION WE WILL TAKE YOUR CELL PHONE NUMBER. IN THE EVENT THAT WE DON'T GET ENOUGH RESERVATIONS FOR THAT DAY, WE WILL SEND A TEXT BY 10:15 ON MONDAY TO LET YOU KNOW THAT TOT TIME HAS BEEN CANCELED FOR THAT DAY.

Preschool Players is a 6-week parent interactive program that focuses on skill development and fun! This program will rotate participants through stations that focus on major skills of the game. Parents/guardians will be asked to be group volunteers.

*Open Registration ends March 20. A late fee will be applied to registrations after March 20, if space allows. The last day to register will be March 27. (Late registration will only be available if space allows. If a timeslot is full we won't be able to take late registration and we may close late registration before 3/27) 

Ages: 3 to 5 Years
When: Every Saturday from March 28 - May 2
               3 sessions available: 9:00am - 9:45am OR 10:00am – 10:45am OR 11:00am - 11:45am
Where: Armstrong Park Pavilion Field
Fee: $55.00 Per Participant (includes t-shirt & medal)
