Grain Valley’s Downtown Spooktacular Brings Family Fun and Fireworks

Each October, Main Street comes alive as it transforms into Halloween Valley, MO for the community’s most spirited celebration.

Drawing more than 2,000 attendees each year, this family-friendly event features spooky tunes, impromptu dance parties, themed activities, and trick-or-treating with local businesses. The evening concludes with a spectacular fireworks show over downtown.

This year’s Downtown Spooktacular will take place on Friday, October 24th from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., offering festive fun for the whole family.

Opportunities for Local Businesses & Organizations

Treat Stations
Local businesses are invited to set up booths and hand out candy to thousands of trick-or-treaters. Vendors should plan to provide enough candy for 2,000+ children.

• Registration Deadline: Friday, October 17

• Early Registration Bonus: Businesses that sign up by September 30 will be featured in social media shoutouts and event promotions leading up to Spooktacular.

Activity Stations
Businesses and organizations may also host Halloween-themed activities, games, or interactive experiences. Activities must remain family-friendly, and hosts are responsible for supplying any necessary materials.
