The employment application provides insight into applicant’s general work history, skills, abilities and education status. This form will need to be filled out in its entirety in to be considered for the position for which the candidate is applying.
A supplemental application is a questionnaire that provides specific information regarding the position in which the candidate is applying. The hiring committee reviews the skills and abilities the applicant has with regard to the specific position and scores the candidate accordingly. This form will need to be filled out in its entirety, when applicable, and should accompany the City’s general employment application when applying for a position.

This form authorizes the City to conduct an appropriate background check on qualified applicants upon a conditional offer of employment.
