Occupational License Renewals & Landlord Registration Renewals

Occupational licenses & Landlord Registration Permits expire June 30th of each year. Occupational License and Landlord Registration Renewal Letters were mailed May 6th to business owners & landlords with current  licenses and permits with the City of Grain Valley. The letters explained the City of Grain Valley has implemented a new online renewal system, Civic Review,  to simplify the renewal process for your convenience. Emails were also sent out May 11th to businesses/landlords with an email on file.

To renew, follow the link provided in the email or visit the renewal portal. If you prefer to renew by mail, please complete the Occupational License application or Landlord Registration application.
