Mission
The mission of the Neighborhood Services Division is to
provide residents, businesses, and visitors with the highest level of
service by providing professional municipal management in the areas of Code
Enforcement, Animal Control and Neighborhood Beautification
Primary Services
- Provide information to businesses, citizens, and
visitors about City codes
- Assist and support neighborhood and business
organizations
- Enforce the City of Grain Valley's nuisance and other
code violations
- Provides information and the enforcement of the
City's Animal Control Codes
The city of Grain Valley
recognizes the importance of Animal Control, litter, and nuisance
management for the community and the protection, conservation and
enhancement of the natural environment. Neighborhood Services will
continue to strive to provide quality services to the citizens, businesses,
and visitors through many programs and a proactive approach to codes and
animal violations
