The
City of Grain Valley recognizes a senior citizen as a resident of the city
and is 65 years of age or older. A Grain Valley resident pays his or her
water bill to the City of Grain Valley. Grain Valley senior citizens
qualify for a discount off their water bill and a free lifetime membership
to Grain Valley Community Center Fitness Room. Call Community Center for
