The Grain Valley Pavilion was created by community effort.  Many thanks go out to Grain Valley Fair Board and many local businesses and citizens.  The donations of materials, labor, time and effort helped Grain Valley create a Pavilion we all can be proud of.

                

      The Pavilion Consists of:
       -Over 4,000 square feet of covered reception area
       -3 stages (33’x 22’ each)
       -16 picnic tables
       -Public restrooms
       -Lighting
       -Ceiling fans

    Fees:
       $25 per hour for residents
       $50 per hour for non-residents
       $50 security/cleaning deposit
       $25 kitchen/Prep area fee

Alcohol Permits must be approved and purchased if alcohol will be present & not sold during rental.  A liquor license must be obtained if alcohol will be sold at the rental.
