5:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.

Saturday
8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Sunday
9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.

 

 

The fitness area will be closed 15 minutes prior to the facility closing. Times are subject to change based on holidays, usage and staff availability.

 

Community Center Room Rates

v     The Grain Valley Community Center is available to rent for meetings,

       receptions, parties, dinners and other social gatherings.

v     There is a Meeting Room that will hold up to 35 people.

v     Our Multi-Purpose Room will hold up to 300 people, however we have

       tables and chairs for 250 people (seated).

v     The full service kitchen is also available for rent, for those having a      small meeting or a large reception.

 

Meeting Room

v     Seats up to 35 people

v     Tables and/or chairs

v     $45.00 per hour 

v     No deposits required for the Meeting Room

 

Multi-Purpose Room

 

v     $75.00 per hour

v     A separate deposit on all rentals is $150.00, which must be paid at

      the time of the reservation. This deposit will be refunded if cleaning

      and damage check is complete.

v     Table and/or chair set up is included.

v     Small groups may reserve the Multi-Purpose Room for a reduced rate.

v     Complimentary Ice Machine

v     Grain Valley Community Center Staff on site for duration of event.

v     Pictures of Reception Setup (Dialup users may experience delay)

 

Kitchen

v     $30 per hour; No deposit is required

 

Small Group (Event Under 45 People)

v     Rent the gym for a 2 hour party for only $50.00.

v     Drinks and refreshments may be brought in to the facility for the event.

v     Additional time is $50.00 per hour.

v     Rental time includes set up and clean up.

v     This rate is only good for rentals during regular facility hours.

 

Community Center User Fees

v     The Grain Valley Community Center has a Fitness Area with

       Weight-Training Equipment, Cardiovascular Machines and Free Weights.

v     Use of the locker room facilities are available for users of the Fitness Area.

v     The Multi-Purpose Room may be of used for recreational activities such as

       basketball, volleyball, aerobics and other exercise when not used for

       private functions.

*Resident Rates reflect those who live inside the limits of Grain Valley. Proof of residency is required.

The Grain Valley Community Center is a Smoke-Free facility and smoking is allowed in designated (outside) areas only. No individual glass bottles or glass containers of any kind are allowed inside the facility.
