    $25.00 for each video tape

Police Reports and Accident Reports can be requested in person or by mail only.  Video Tape Recordings can only be requested by mail.  Please keep in mind that video recordings may or may not be available.  Please visit us at or mail requests to:

If mailing a request please include information that may help us find the requested report or video.  Indicate the date and time, the location of the incident, individuals involved, what was recorded on tape (i.e. arrest, detention, traffic stop) etc. 

Requests by mail must include a check made payable to City of Grain Valley.
