The purpose of the Park Board is to plan, maintain, and
improve City Parks. The Board consists of 9 members, appointed by the
Mayor, whose terms of office will be staggered resulting in three
replacements/reappointments prior to June 1 each year. Board members
must be a resident of Grain Valley for one year. Board members will be
elected during December of each year and serve one year. The Park
Board meets the 4th Tuesday of each month at
7pm at the Grain Valley Community Center.
