Zumba Fitness

Party yourself into shape with Zumba Fitness!  This is a Latin inspired, easy-to-follow, calorie burning, dance-fitness party!  It burns 500 – 1,000 calories an hour.

Water Aerobics

Just like swimming, our water aerobics classes are easy on your joints, yet challenging enough to help you reach new levels of fitness. Because of their low-impact format, water aerobics classes are suitable for every age and fitness level, from beginning exercisers through elite athletes.

(Participants must register for sessions – no walk-ins)

Mondays & Wednesdays
8:00pm – 8:50pm
(Only held during summer season!)
