VIOLATIONS BUREAU FEE LISTING
The Grain Valley Municipal Court by
authority of Missouri Supreme Court Rule 37.49 does establish this
violation bureau, subject to the supervision of the Jackson County
Circuit Court and does designate the Court Administrator and Court
Clerks of the City of Grain Valley to accept appearance, waiver of
trail, plea of guilty, and payment of fines and costs for the designated
violations and to enter the pleas on the record and transmit the
violation record as required by law.
The violations within the authority of the bureau
shall be designated by the order and may be amended from time to time.
No violation resulting in personal injury or
property damage shall be disposed through the bureau, nor shall any
violation involving drugs or alcohol be disposed of.
The following violations may be disposed of through
the violation bureau with the fines and costs to be imposed upon a plea
of guilty specified below. The amount shown includes fines and costs.
