Community Center Room Rates
-The Grain Valley Community Center is available to rent for meetings, receptions, parties, dinners and other social gatherings.
-Our Meeting Room holds up to 35 people.
-Our Multi-Purpose Room will hold up to 300 people, however with tables and chairs, 250 people (seated).
-The full service kitchen is also available for rent, for those having a small meeting or a large reception.
Meeting Room
-Seats up to 35 people.
-Tables and/or chairs are included.
-$25.00 per hour for residents and $45.00 per hour for non-residents.
-A separate deposit of $25.00 is due at time of reservation. The deposit will be refunded if cleaning and damage check is complete.

Multi-Purpose Room
-$75.00 per hour
-A separate deposit on all rentals is $150.00, which must be paid at the time of the reservation. This deposit will be refunded if cleaning and damage check is complete.
-Table and/or chair set-up is included.
-Small groups may reserve the Multi-Purpose Room for a reduced rate.
-Complimentary ice machine and refrigerator.
-Grain Valley Community Center Staff on site for duration of event.

Kitchen
-$30 per event; no deposit is required.
Small Group (Event Under 45 People)
-Rent the gym for a 2-hour party for only $50.00.
-Drinks and refreshments may be brought in to the facility for the event.
-Additional time is charged at $50.00 per hour.
-Rental time includes set-up and clean-up.
-This rate is only good for rentals during regular, facility hours.
-A separate $50 deposit is due at time of reservation. The deposit will be refunded if cleaning and damage check is complete.

Community Center User Fees
-The Grain Valley Community Center has a Fitness Area with Weight-Training Equipment, Cardiovascular Machines and Free Weights.
-Shower and locker room facilities are available.
-The Multi-Purpose Room may be used for recreational activities such as basketball, volleyball, aerobics and other exercise when not being used for private functions.

The Grain Valley Community Center is a Smoke-Free facility and smoking is allowed in designated (outside) areas only. No individual glass bottles or glass containers of any kind are allowed inside the facility.
