The Department of Administration handles a variety of projects including:

• Mayor and Board of Aldermen Relations

• Board of Aldermen Agenda

• Board of Aldermen Minutes   

• General City Administration, Information and Assistance

• Agenda preparation for Board of Aldermen meetings, preparation of ordinances, resolutions, proclamations and other legal documents.

• The records of the City shall be kept in the custody of the City Clerk, and shall be maintained in accordance with the procedures set forth in the state statutes.

Voter Registration

Registration forms may be completed at the customer service window within City Hall between the hours of 7:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday - Friday (Identification needed to register)
