Administration Staff
Gary Bradley, City Administrator
The City Administrator reports to the Mayor
and Board of Aldermen, and is responsible for the day-to-day operations
of all municipal government functions, including water, sewer, streets,
police, parks and recreation, budgeting and finance, and community
development. Mr. Bradley holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Northwest
Missouri State University, with a major in Public Administration and a
minor in Economic Development. He also holds a Master’s Degree in
Public Administration from the University of Nebraska, Omaha, with an
emphasis in local government management. Prior to joining the City of
Grain Valley, Mr. Bradley served as the Assistant to the City
Administrator in Lee’s Summit, Missouri and as the City Manager of
Brookfield, Missouri.
