§         Request for a Final Plat approval of Bush Business Park a commercial subdivision For Bob Bush.

Greg Ford, Director of Community Development stated that this plat is located west of the Comfort Inn on Jefferson (North Outer Road) This plat contains two commercial lots.  Lot 1 will be the new home of Bush Machinery, an established Grain Valley Business.  Lot 2 will be divided at a later date in a re-plat as it develops out.

§         Request for an approval of a zoning change from A Agriculture to R-3 Multi- family Planned Unit Development for B.S. Builders

Greg Ford, Director of Community Development stated that this plat is located east of Buckner Tarsney Road and north of the Breezeway Business Park in the area referred to as the Highland Ridge development.  This PUD will be a buffer between commercial and single family residential. This development will be on both sides of the main entrance street and will be buffered from all other areas by a vinyl fence.  The developer intends for the restrictions to limit these units to owner/occupant, not rentals.
